Drag a box to move it, and pull its right edge to make it wider or narrower. The others step aside on their own — two boxes never overlap. Click a box to open its options: squares or list, how many per row, and how tall. Match width sets the count to the box's own width. From the keyboard: arrows move the selected box, Shift + arrows change its width.
Top-aligned lets each box rise to the first free point in its columns, so a short box leaves no dead space under it; In rows keeps them lined up row by row. On a narrow screen everything stacks into one column.
Drag an app from one section to another to move it, or within a section to change its order. The ✕ takes it off the desk; the file stays where it is and the link still works. Anything you take off waits below, under “Off the desk”. The Pokédex and its full list don't count as apps here — they live under their own icon in the nav bar.
A .json file with the whole desk: the sections with their bookmarks and apps, every box's place, size, height, shape and count, the settings on this page, and the running order of the Apps page. Keep one before a big rearrange, or use it to carry the desk to another browser. Importing replaces everything currently here — it asks first. Theme and language are not inside.
